Shipping policy


1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 working days (excluding weekends and UK public holidays).

During launches or high-demand periods, processing times may be slightly extended.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.


2. UK Shipping

We currently ship within the United Kingdom.

Standard Delivery:
2–4 working days after dispatch

Shipping cost will be calculated at checkout.


3. International Shipping 

We may offer international shipping to selected countries.

Delivery times vary by location and are estimates only.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes unless otherwise stated.


4. Delivery Timeframes

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

COEVE Ltd is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Courier services

  • Customs clearance

  • Weather conditions

  • Circumstances outside our control


5. Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.


6. Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

We cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to incorrectly provided addresses.


7. Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged or has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at hello@itscoeve.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date.

We will investigate with the courier and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
