Returns & Refunds

We offer a 14 day return policy, meaning you have 14 days from receiving your order to request a return.


Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • All original tags must be attached
  • Items must be returned in original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.


Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for lost returns

Exchanges

We offer free exchanges to ensure you get the right size or fit.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival.

If your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days at:

We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including return shipping where applicable.


Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Worn items
  • Undergarments (for hygiene reasons)
  • Gift cards
  • Final sale items

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
  • Please allow 5–10 working days for processing

Original shipping costs are refundable only where required by law.


Your Right to Cancel (UK & EU Customers)

Under consumer law, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason.

You must notify us within 14 days, and return the item within a further 14 days.

Items must meet the return conditions outlined above.
